Okay, I know Seb’s an ass at this point in the season

but

look at how he looks back at the other warblers so he can laugh with them

but they just look horrified because they love blaine and kurt and this isn’t something they’re feeling good about

so Seb’s smile goes from this big shit eating grin to a more subdued smirk

and there’s just something so tragically lonely about Sebastian.
